Upholding a high standard for our accommodations, our units are clean, comfortable and close to the pool and beach. All units are new or have been remodeled recently and are reasonably priced. The modest exteriors don’t adequately reflect the inside graciousness; however, they blend nicely with the landscaping and feeling of the resort. All rooms and apartments are decorated in a Thai / Western theme and have Bali-style baths.

Reservation Notes
- Prices quoted are based on double-occupancy and inclusive of breakfast for two
- For each additional person, add THB 400/night per person (no charge for children aged 12 and under)
- Prices quoted are in Thai Baht exclusive of VAT, service charge and provincial tax
- A valid passport is required upon check-in
- Check-in time is 1400 hours
- Check-out time is 1200 hours
- All 2 bedroom units have 2 bathrooms
- Monthly rates are discounted up to 50% off rack rate when available except during high season
Reservation Policy
In order to secure your booking a non-refundable 2 nights deposit is required or, if staying for only 1 night, the full amount. A confirmation will be sent when the charge is completed.
Balance Due
A non-refundable balance of the room payment will be charged to your credit card automatically as follows:
Green Season (21 April – 31 October):
The total amount of your booking (less deposit) is due 7 days prior to arrival. In the event your reservation is within 7 days of scheduled arrival, the full amount will be due.
High Season (1 November – 19 December & 16 January – 20 April):
The total amount of your booking (less deposit) is due 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. In the event your reservation is within 14 days of scheduled arrival, the full amount will be due.
Peak Season (20 December – 15 January):
The total amount of your booking (less deposit) is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. In the event your reservation is within 30 days of scheduled arrival, the full amount will be due.
